VAC Series for Vaccine Storage by Accucold

Accucold's VAC lines of refrigerators and freezers are specifically designed, constructed, and tested to ensure the proper vaccine storage conditions as recommended by the CDC. All models in this series are designed to stay within 2ºC of the temperature set point and include a variety of features to help ensure the proper storage conditions for vaccines, samples, and other temperature-sensitive laboratory materials. VAC refrigerators are built with thicker wall insulation for improved temperature performance. Most include interior drawers with covered fronts to help keep stored items protected from ambient temperature when the door is opened. Our vaccine package is available on compact, built-in undercounter, and ADA compliant all-refrigerators and all-freezers.

High/low temperature alarm with a NIST certified display of the current and high/low temperature to the nearest tenth of a degree in Celsius or Fahrenheit
Hospital grade cord with a ‘green dot’ plug for sturdier installation in wall sockets
Access port for users to install their own additional monitoring equipment
Factory installed keyed lock
Interior fan with heat sink to help stabilize interior temperature from top to bottom (refrigerators only)
Flat interior door liner without shelves as recommended by the CDC (most units)
Wire shelves for improved air circulation throughout the interior
Foamed-in-place cabinet for efficient insulation
